
Get a feel of what Hurley was like over the past century by participating in a Heritage Walking Tour. During Iron County's Heritage Days celebration from the last week in July to the middle of August, there are regularly scheduled tours, including an Annual version complete with costumed players. The 2012 "Living History Walking Tour" will be held Saturday, July 28, 2012. Historical walking tour of downtown Hurley, featuring costumes characters re-enacting various aspects of local history including mining, logging and show girls. Tour starts at the Iron Nugget at 6:00 pm. Tickets will be available at the door 1 hour prior to the tour start.

Participating in one of these tours will give you a unique outlook of historic Silver Street and the infamous lower block.
